As I work towards the publication of my debut novel (hooray!), I am producing resources and plans for how to market my beloved project and give it the best chance of finding readers. It occurred to me that these resources would be useful to any writers with their own milestone event coming up, and also that preparing for something this epic always feels more manageable and fun when you’re working with others.
